Do I need a platform deal before producing vertical video?
No. Authors may use vertical video for book marketing, social media, audience building, proof-of-concept material or direct serialized storytelling. A platform deal is not required to begin production.
Do you use AI in video production?
Yes. Vertical Story Studio’s video-production service is built around AI-generated visual storytelling. Characters, environments and scenes can be created specifically for the story, then developed into edited vertical videos with voice, sound, captions and other production elements as required. The visual direction and production approach are agreed with the client before work begins.
Are the characters AI-generated?
Yes. For AI-produced projects, the principal characters are created specifically for the story using AI visual-generation tools. Character development can take into account the author’s descriptions, age range, appearance, wardrobe, personality and overall visual tone. The approved designs then guide the character’s appearance across the video project.
Can my existing book artwork be used?
Yes, where the client owns or has permission to use the material. Existing book covers, approved character artwork, logos or other visual references can help guide the creative direction or be incorporated into the production where appropriate.
Is production included in adaptation packages?
Production is a separate service unless specifically included in a quoted package. Availability depends on project scope and creative fit.
